Creed is the Apostles Creed set to music. It states what most, if not all, Christians believe. **NOTE** Not all Christians believe in the Communion of Saints which is part of this Creed. Rich was becoming a Catholic at the time of his death. He was on his way to Wichita State University on Friday September 19 of 1997 to a benefit concert when his Jeep flipped over and threw both Rich and his best friend Mitch McVicker off the car killing Rich and injuring Mitch. The concert was supposed to be Saturday night. Rich and Mitch were scheduled to be received into the Church on Monday morning at the university's Newman Center by Father Matt McGuinness. This is why this song talks about the Communion of Saints. 99% of this Creed is accepted by all Christians. We miss you Rich. I can't wait to see you in heaven brother!
