Lavinia Blackwall has played previously with Neilson in Directing Hand and is a member of The Pendulums. Mike Hastings has played previously with Lavinia Blackwall in various projects including The Pendulums and is a songwriter and solo guitarist, as well as being one half of Mike and Solveig. Simon Shaw is also a member of Glasgow folk-rockers Lucky Luke.
