She & Him, the alt-folk duo of Zooey Deschanel and M. Ward, will release its third non-holiday full-length, "Volume 3," on May 7 through Merge Records.
Produced by Ward and recorded in New York, Portland and Los Angeles, "Volume 3" will include 11 original tracks penned by Deschanel and three covers, including a new take on Mel Carter's "Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me." Mike Watt, Tilly and the Wall, Rilo Kiley's Pierre de Reeder and DeVotchka's Tom Hagerman will make guest appearances on the LP....
