Pierre Moerlen's Gong was a jazz-fusion oriented offshoot of Gong that was led by drummer Pierre Moerlen. The albums which actually say "Pierre Moerlen's Gong" on them are Expresso II (1978), Downwind (1979), Time Is the Key (1979), Pierre Moerlen's Gong Live (1980), Leave It Open (1981), Breakthrough (1986), Second Wind (1988), and Full Circle Live (1988). In addition, Shamal (1975) and Gazeuse! (AKA Expresso) (1977), along with a number of live albums, date from the period when Moerlen led the band but it was still called just "Gong".
