The Malice In Wonderland album became a turning point for Nazareth. Previous album No Mean City was hard 'n' heavy, and with a big scary monster on the cover. But "Malice" was the exact opposite. The new producer Jeffrey Baxter was looking for a more slick, west coast and radio adapted sound. And he got just that!. He also produced the follow-up album The Fool Circle.
