The first box set is "The CD Singles '88–91'" contain the first ten singles as a solo artist, from "Suedehead" (1988) to "Pregnant for the Last Time" (1991).
The second box set is "The CD Singles '91–95'" is a box set of nine CD singles by Morrissey, from "My Love Life" (1991) to "Sunny" (1995).
