The album was originally released in 1980 by London Records, the group were not too impressed by the producer Roger Lomas, who hated 'girl bands'. Great foresight London Records!
It was through the machinations and lack of belief in the Mo-dettes by the Record Company, being only interested in the money and not the music, that the demise of the Mo-dettes came about in 1983 but not before the change of line-up including Melissa Ritter, guitarist and Susan Slack, singer.
