In '99, Kayah & Goran Bergović recorded one of the most popular Polish albums ever, entitled Kayah & Bregović: it is a blend of old Bijelo Dugme songs & modern rhythms. Most of the music was composed by Bregović for Bijelo Dugme (which he had been a part of) & film soundtracks, he had worked on. The lyrics are both translations of the original text & inspired.
