Recorded in the UK by Frankie Stubbs of Leatherface fame. The album title comes from the name of a street on which band members Lance Hahn (vocals/guitar) and Gardner Maxam (bass) once lived. Most of the songs are written about Los Angeles, where Gardner Maxam went to college in the late 1980s.
