The DVD includes concert footage from the band's 2007 Light Grenades World Tour, plus personal footage shot by the band during the touring cycle, documentation of guitarist Mike Einziger's operation for extreme carpal tunnel syndrome and a new version of the song "Redefine".
Also available is a double-disc version containing the DVD with the tracks listed below, in addition to a CD composed of newly recorded original music interludes, scored by guitarist Mike Einziger, plus 6 additional live tracks. Tracks 1 - 10 are all instrumental, fairly minimalist (track 7 being the sole exception) and some tracks are quite different from anything Incubus had previously recorded. Track 9, "Here In My Room", is a keyboard-only instrumental version of a track from the A Crow Left of the Murder album.
