Halavatun Papat -wheel moped club was born in Iisalmi, Finland the year 1989 around the men's start with the conviction to upholding the highest standards of Finland during operation of rural. They were circumventing the fair in rural humour spirit of the village in various events presented by the live-wheel moped culture and, of course, drove their own pleasure, as well as people wonder. The group's musical began in 1996 semi-accidental. The boys at the time, told Finnish MTV3's Pöllölaakson Aarre -programme presenter Pertti Salovaara's calling from a rural area of music, and after receiving an invitation to live transmissions were born with the band's first song "Tanko T-Mollissa" ex tempore. Television was an issue of the presence of YLE's interest in the group and the agreement gave birth to Halavatun Papat -debut album "Nyt männöö hyvin". The second album "Ee Voe Valittoo" was followed in 1999, and the new material has the permit in future.
