Foresta di Ferro stands for "iron forest" and although inspired by the Edda and the Voluspa, it is a name which refers to an immense decaying industrial site nearby Como, Italy, city where Marco lives.
The monicker intends to express various dualities as natural/metallic, wild/technologic, acoustic/electronic, progressive/traditional, past/future with all the fascination, interest and obsession we all have for these factors, all sparks of a wider confusing reality we feel somehow trapped in.
