Chris Christian began his professional music career as a performer in Nashville, Tennessee, in 1974. Through the years, he has been a performer, songwriter, publishing company executive, recording engineer, record producer, record label executive, and, ultimately, the founder and chief executive officer of his own music production and publishing companies, Home Sweet Home Records, YMC Records, and LCS Music Group, Inc. as well as the largest Motion Picture Soundstage in the South, The STUDIOS AT LAS COLINAS. With Ross Perot Jr., he purchased the remaining land in the Dallas Communications Complex eventually selling all but 5 acres to MCI, Fox Sports Southwest, and Trammel Crow. Chris sold the STUDIOS in 1993 and teamed up with RadioShack, Sirius, and Dish Network to form World Digital Media Group LLC (WDMG). He was CEO of WDMG from its inception until 1997. His current music Companies have sold music and designed web portals for other companies such as Blockbuster, RadioShack, Starbucks, and 7-Eleven and many more. In 2009 he became one of the owners of the WNBA professional Women’s basketball team in Tulsa, the "Tulsa Shock". Currently Chris oversees companies that are involved in various initiatives such as TV and Music production, music distribution, gas production in the Barnet Shale, real estate, download internet programs for National Retail Chains, as well as other investments.
His 30 years in the music industry have led albums that have received nine Grammy Award nominations as a music producer, artist and publisher, winning four Grammys. He has also been nominated for seven Gospel Music Association Dove Awards as a Artist, music producer, publisher and songwriter, winning five Doves.
