Chisu writes and composes all her songs herself, and she has also composed music for artists like Antti Tuisku, Tarja Turunen, Jippu, Kristiina Brask and Kristiina Wheeler. In 2009 she won two Emma-awards and in the year 2010 she was nominated in seven different categories, including Best female vocalist of the year, Best album of the year and best producer of the year.
Chisu applied for a high-ranking recorder school in England and was accepted but she decided to start her solo career.
