The album was recorded by Ethan Dussault and assisted by Ed Llerena at New Alliance Studios in Cambridge, MA in February of 2009 for 3 weeks. The band produced the record once again.
"Tertia" is released September 13, 2009 by The Mylene Sheath in North America and August 7 by Make My Day Records in the EU.
Both the 2XLP Vinyl and Compact Disc versions feature a 12 page booklet containing a piece of experimental writing created by J. Bennet Bonilla with photography from various sources.
