A din of positive critical clamor generated enough buzz to land them slot at Australia's high profile Summersault festival in January '96, where their set attracted attention and praise from a slew of influential American alt-rockers, including Sonic Youth drummer Steve Shelley, who released the follow up, Half-Cut on his Smells Like Records label in 1998.
