This happened after they had switched record label Universal Music Mermaid Records / Sony Music , as well as a new management agency had come with . The Grape House Studios on Gammel Kongevej in Copenhagen , 11 tracks recorded in collaboration with renowned rock producer Nick Foss. The band described this as their first proper album since the whole process of the debut album was very hectic because of it was written while the song " Summertime " was already a big hit.
On 25 February 2013 was released as the album titled Fire, like the first single " Here Comes The Rain " was released . The album got several good reviews and was generally well received by the Danish music critics. Rock magazine Rock Freaks gave seven out of ten stars , and wrote , among other things :
" Fire" is a hard rocking record without any bullshit , associating two driving down the Californian highway 360 on a hot summer day in your Mustang Convertible .
Morten Nissen from Lydtapet gave three out of six stars , and thought : " ... Nick Foss experienced rock ear has been a strength , but may also be a drag on the Black City."
In contrast, BT reviewer Steffen Jungersen different excited about Nick Foss ' production, and gave the album five out of six stars and wrote :
"Quote The attitude is in place, the game is in place, Nick Foss ' production is excellent , the love of music is in place, and - most importantly - the songs hold virtually all the way."
Gaffa Michael Jose Gonzalez also gave four five out of six stars , stating:
"There is so much bullshit with the Black City. There are no large tallekner to be reinvented , it is rather to screw the entertainment value of the weather, depress the accelerator in bottom and start to deliver once quality songs."
