3) A seven-member group from Liverpool, England formed in the late '60s. Members were Dyan Birch, Paddy McHugh, Frank Collins, Carroll Carter (vocals), Lloyd Courtney, Don Hume, and Tony O'Malley. They had two U.K. hits in 1970: "Friends" (number eight) and "I Will Survive" (number 16). Birch, Collins, McHugh and O'Malley later formed Kokomo. Arrival had two albums "The Arrival" (1970) and "Heartbreak Kid" (1973).

Arrival a été fondé par 1 guitariste, Jonathan, et 1 batteur, J-C, qui jouaient ensemble à l'occasion et faisaient quelques reprises. Ils eurent l'idée de commencer à composer, et ont donc ainsi formé un groupe, se nommant Arrival. A le recherche de musicien, Arrival récupère Victor, guitariste dans un autre groupe de J-C. Puis, commençant leur petit bout de chemin, ils tombèrent par hasard sur Guillaume (Chanteur) et Clément (Bassiste). Il n'en fallut pas plus pour commencer réellement l'histoire du groupe, les compos, les concerts et tout ce qu'il s'en suit. Juin 2010, Clément déménage et quitte le groupe en excellents termes.
