"Wake Your Mind Up" was written in collaboration with Will.i.am of Black Eyed Peas and Tre Hardson of The Pharcyde.
The Chinese characters in the liner notes of the album represent Energy, Clarity, Harmony, Courage, Wisdom and Enlightenment.
Nick Hexum wrote the lyrics for "I'll Be Here Awhile" at age 20.
The lyric "And if a person, place or thing can deliver/I will quiver with delight" in "I'll Be Here Awhile" was earlier used in the The 77s 1987 song "The Lust, The Flesh, The Eyes and the Pride of Life."
Hexum wrote "Amber" about his then-fiancee Nicole Scherzinger lead singer of The Pussycat Dolls. Read more on Last.fm. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
